great service with a lovely city view

The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. I found the complimentary breakfast boxes enjoyable, especially sitting in the lobby with a nice cup of coffee. The view of the city from my room was refreshing and added to the overall experience.

free laundry pods

Just a proper fit for a short stay in Taipei with extraordinarily good value for money. They even gave me free laundry pods which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the shops nearby for some great finds.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station, making it super convenient for our family. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and my father enjoyed the washer and dryer facilities available for guests.

My wife says that the breakfast service could use some improvement.

i had a fantastic stay at relax iii. the room was super clean, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. the staff went above and beyond by providing another router to fix our wi-fi issues. also, the self-service laundry for just TWD100 was so convenient.

would absolutely stay here again

the room had air conditioning, a bidet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. super clean and soundproof. the view was nice. amenities included a fridge, hairdryer, and flat-screen TV. staff was attentive and helped with WiFi and laundry. convenient location near food spots and transport. they had a spa which was a nice touch!
